  • Using a cut of your choice, season meat with soya sauce, cayenne pepper, black pepper, minced ginger, garlic and any other seasonings of your choice (we like garlic plus, roasted red pepper seasoning and sweet chili).

  • Cook meat in a frying pan until cooked

  • Make a sauce with 3/4 cups of soy sauce, 2 heaping tbsps brown sugar, 2 heaping tbsps of corn starch and a sprinkle of beef oxo (we also like to add roasted red pepper seasoning and sweet chili)

   Kenny's Kabobs
  • Marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (brown sugar works too), 1 tbsp siracha, 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, a dash of liquid smoke (optional), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper

  • Chop up meat of your choice (we like using pork steak) into bite size pieces. Green Beach Farm & Foods stew meat cuts are the perfect size!

  • Add the meat to the marinade and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours (over night is best).

  • Chop up your favourite veggies (we like zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and red peppers) into bite size peices.

  • Add veggies to a bowl and drizzle in some olive oil, salt and pepper

  • Start assembling your kababs onto kabob sticks! (if using wooden sticks make sure you soak them in water for about 10 minutes first).

  • Barbeque until your desired cook. We've also done this on a grill straight over a bonfire.

  • Enjoy!
