Marinade: 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (brown sugar works too), 1 tbsp siracha, 4-5 cloves of minced garlic, a dash of liquid smoke (optional), 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp black pepper
-
Chop up meat of your choice (we like using pork steak) into bite size pieces. Green Beach Farm & Foods stew meat cuts are the perfect size!
-
Add the meat to the marinade and let sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours (over night is best).
-
Chop up your favourite veggies (we like zucchini, mushrooms, onions, and red peppers) into bite size peices.
-
Add veggies to a bowl and drizzle in some olive oil, salt and pepper
-
Start assembling your kababs onto kabob sticks! (if using wooden sticks make sure you soak them in water for about 10 minutes first).
-
Barbeque until your desired cook. We've also done this on a grill straight over a bonfire.

Enjoy!
